- December 25, 2026 (Fri) – Christmas Day

Regular Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday, 09:00 A.M. – 06:00 P.M. (KST)

For any new inquiries submitted or comments added to existing inquiries outside operating hours or during the above closure periods, responses will be provided sequentially once the Help Center resumes normal operations.
