※ Important Notes Regarding Shipping to the United States and Canada
- Orders placed after 12:00 AM on May 8, 2024 (KST) and destined for the US will now be processed through one of the local carriers specified above, expanding from our previous partnerships with UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Orders made before May 8 may also be handled by one of the listed carriers if the delivery starts after midnight on May 8, 2024 (KST) due to pre-orders or delays.
- Shipments to the US and Canada will be handled by multiple local carriers, considering local factors and partner circumstances. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific requests for a preferred delivery partner.
- Depending on the situation, items from a single order may be shipped by different local carriers and arrive in separate parcels.
