A promo code is an authentication code with numbers and alphabetic letters provided by MUSINSA, which allows customers to receive discount benefits when used.

Promo codes are periodically provided to customers through email, app push, promotional materials, and event page from website/app.

■ How to use promo code
PC/App: Click on [Cart] → Select [Apply Promo Code] → Enter the code in the [Enter your promo code] field on the screen → Click [Apply].

※ Important Notes:
- Only one promo code can be used per order.
- When applying a promo code to an order with multiple items, the discount will be applied to each item at the same rate.
- Promo codes are valid until the specified expiration date and cannot be changed.
- Used or expired promo codes are not applicable and will not be reissued.
- If you request a refund for an order that used a promo code, the discounted amount will be deducted. Please note that the discount amount is non-refundable.
- Promo codes cannot be transferred and do not hold any monetary value. They cannot be converted into cash.
- MUSINSA reserves the right to withdraw or modify relevant promotions at any time.
