As stated on [SHIPPING & RETURNS] under the item page, returns and refunds due to simple remorse or incorrect size selection by customers are not possible. Therefore, before placing an order, please make sure to thoroughly review the detailed size information for each item under the [SIZE & FIT].

However, if the actual measured size of the received item differs from the length and width specified in [SIZE & FIT], please submit three or more pictures that show the size you measured to the Help Center for verification.

When measuring the size, please refer to the following information.

- Please lay the item(s) down flat on the floor (or table) and measure the length/width straightly referring to MEASUREMENTS method shown in the images on the [SIZE & FIT] tab.
- Please place your tape measure starting from 0 cm(inch) in a straight line on the part you need to measure.

If it is confirmed that there is an actual size defect, MUSINSA will actively support the refund service. For detailed information about the return process, please refer to [FAQ] → [What is the return process?]

※ Please note that the measurements provided in [SIZE & FIT] may have slight discrepancies depending on the style and brand. These variations of approximately 1 inch (2.54cm) do not indicate defects.
