[Recovery from temporary service outage]

This is MUSINSA.

We deeply apologize to those who experienced inconvenience by the service outage that occurred on Friday, November 3, 2023 (KST).

The issue originated from a server failure that commenced around noon on November 3 (KST). This resulted in errors when attempting to access the Help Center FAQ and submit a request.
Our team initiated an emergency response and we successfully restored the service at 18:23 on the same day (KST), however, it took longer than anticipated for the root cause analysis and problem resolution.

We are fully committed to preventing any recurrence of such incidents and ensuring the continuous stability of our services.
Once again, we extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
