In the previous month, it came to our attention that three products from 247 SEOUL, specifically a Cashmere Scarf, a Premium Cashmere Scarf, and a Petit Half Muffler, contained inaccurate information about their fiber composition. In response, we promptly removed these products from sale on our website and have been providing refunds upon order confirmation.

Following this discovery, the brand, 247 SEOUL, conducted a composition investigation on every product. As a result, four additional scarf products – a Petit Line Scarf, a Classic Knit Scarf, a Classic Plaid Muffler, and a Classic Tartan Plaid Muffler – were found to have inaccurate composition information. We want to assure you that all products put back on sale on December 1, 2023, now display accurate composition information verified through examination.
To address any inconvenience that this may have caused our valued customers, who have placed their trust in MUSINSA GLOBAL and purchased these products from us, we are in the process of issuing refunds for any orders of the aforementioned four products made in the past three months. Eligible customers will receive an email shortly.
