How can I leave a review?

You can leave a review for products purchased through MUSINSA GLOBAL once your order has been completed and confirmed.

To write a review:

  1. Log in to your MUSINSA GLOBAL account.
  2. Go to My Page > My Orders.
  3. Find the eligible item and click Write a Review.
  4. Complete the required fields, including a star rating and review text, then submit your review.

Please note:

  • Reviews can only be written by customers who have purchased and confirmed the order.
  • Reviews must be submitted within 30 days after order confirmation.
  • Each product can be reviewed once per order.
  • A star rating and review text are required. Photos may be added optionally.
  • Reviews are subject to moderation and may take some time to appear on the product page.

You can also edit your review within 180 days of order confirmation or delete it at any time through My Reviews.
