[Further Notice] Recovery from temporary disruption to payment service

We sincerely apologize for the payment service downtime that occurred on December 26, 2024 and for any inconvenience it may have caused.

We are pleased to inform you that the service was restored at January 2, 2025 and is now fully operational.

Despite our immediate efforts, the root cause analysis and resolution process took longer than expected, delaying the restoration. We deeply regret the inconvenience this may have caused.
