We offer social sign-in options in addition to email sign-up. If the account used for payment is different from the one you’re currently logged into, your order may not appear on your page.

If you’ve checked the order history across all your accounts and still cannot find the order and have not received an order confirmation email, the following scenarios may have occurred where the payment was completed, but the order was not created:
- The product price changed during checkout due to currency fluctuations or promotion updates.
- A system error occurred during payment due to an unstable internet connection or browser issue.
- A temporary system error happened after payment and before the order was created.

In such cases, the payment will be automatically refunded within 3 to 4 business days. However, depending on your credit card provider or payment method, it may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement. For debit card payments, refunds may take up to 45 days, in accordance with the debit card company’s policy.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask you to place your order again after some time. If you would like confirmation regarding the payment and refund status, please contact our Help Center with the following details:
- Payment method (credit card, debit card, or digital payment service)
- Last 4 digits of your card
- Cardholder’s name / Bank account holder’s name
- Payment date and amount paid
- Payment reference number

If this was your first time using PayPal with MUSINSA, or if it’s been a long time since your last PayPal transaction, your payment may be pending due to PayPal’s security policy. In pending cases, the order will not be created, and the payment will be refunded if not completed.
