What is the review policy?

MUSINSA GLOBAL's customer reviews are based on real shopping experiences. Here's everything you need to know.

■ Eligibility
・Reviews are open to MUSINSA members who have made a purchase. Non-members and non-shoppers cannot leave reviews.
・You can leave one review per item in each order.
・You need to confirm delivery before writing a review.
・Reviews can be submitted within 30 days of delivery confirmation. After 30 days, the Write button will be disabled.

■ How and Where to Write a Review
・Go to My Page > My Orders and click Write a Review.

■ Content Guidelines
・Star Rating: Required; 1 to 5 stars.
・Text: Min. 20–30 characters, max. 500 characters.
・Photo: Optional; up to 10 images.
・For apparel items, gender, height, and weight are required.
・By submitting a review, you agree to our review policy.

■ Moderation Policy
Reviews containing any of the following may not be posted:
・ Foul language, slander, or other offensive expressions
・ Content that demeans or disrespects others
・ Content unrelated to the purchased item (e.g., delivery inquiries)
・ Images unrelated to the purchased item
・ Obscene or inappropriate images
・ Plagiarized reviews
・ Other policy violations

■ Editing and Deleting Reviews
・Go to My Page > My Orders > View My Review to edit or delete your review.
・You can edit your review within 180 days of delivery confirmation.
・You can delete and rewrite a review within 30 days of delivery confirmation. After 30 days, you can still delete your review, but rewriting is not available.
※ Deleted reviews cannot be recovered.
