My shipment is on hold for CBP (Customs) processing. What does this mean?

When ordering internationally, packages must pass through local customs clearance. While this process ensures all imports meet local laws and regulations, we understand it can unfortunately pause the delivery process and extend your usual wait time.

In the US specifically, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has recently enhanced its inspection procedures. Please be aware that routine document checks and open-box inspections may add a few extra days to your shipping time.

During high-volume periods—such as Black Friday, the holidays, or major promotional events—the increased strain on global logistics and customs facilities often leads to longer processing times. We deeply appreciate your patience during these busy seasons.

If your tracking mentions customs, or if it has not updated in a few days, your package is likely just undergoing this mandatory review.

Your package will move forward to final delivery as soon as it is fully cleared. Kindly note that during the customs process, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery route or intercept the package.

Occasionally, customs or our local shipping partners may reach out to you to request complementary documents or information. If you receive such a request, responding promptly will greatly help speed up your clearance process.

If your tracking status remains unchanged for an extended period, or if you receive a notice from customs that you need assistance with, please feel free to reach out to us via our Help Center. We are always happy to help.
