■ What is return label?
A return label is a shipping label used to send a package back to our fulfillment centers. It includes your delivery information (the sender), the return center's address, and a tracking barcode.
You must print the return label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off with the designated courier:
• Australia: Drop off via AUPOST.
• Hong Kong: Return labels are not used (returns are processed via other methods).
• All other countries: Drop off at a UPS branch.
■ How to Get Your Return Label
Your return label will be provided once the return is confirmed and our Help Center agent collects your return information.
• Step 1: Request and Confirmation
Submit a return request via the Help Center. If the fault lies with a partner brand, provide the reason and a minimum of three photos as evidence. The brand will then verify and confirm the return.
• Step 2: Provide Sender Information
Once confirmed, the Help Center will ask for your sender information. Please fill out the form provided, as requirements vary by country.
• Step 3: Receive Your Label
An agent will issue the return label based on your details. You will find it in your email inbox.
• Step 4: Dispatch the Package
Print the label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at a UPS office (or AUPOST if in Australia).
■ Additional Costs
All returns are Cash on Delivery (COD), meaning you do not pay for shipping as long as you use the provided return label and the designated courier.
You may be responsible for costs if you:
• Do not use our return label.
• Do not use the designated courier.
• Send the return without our prior confirmation.
■ What Is COD?
Cash on Delivery (COD) means the recipient pays the shipping fees instead of the sender. When you dispatch your return using our return label, we cover the cost.
■ Return Window
You must dispatch your return within 7 days of receiving a return label. If you fail to send it within this timeframe, the label becomes invalid, and your return request will be canceled. Once canceled, you may not be able to request another return.
