Scammers may contact customers by phone, claiming that a refund is available for items damaged during delivery, and ask for sensitive financial information such as bank account details, credit card numbers, or verification codes.
Please note that MUSINSA GLOBAL and our shipping partner (Pantos) will never ask for your bank account information, credit card details, or verification codes over the phone.
Please keep the following precautions in mind:
