1. Shipping Delays and Additional Delivery Days by Destination
• Fulfillment Center Closure: Thursday, September 24 – Sunday, September 27 (KST).
• Shipping Resumption: Monday, September 28, 2026 (KST). Shipments will resume in order. *For shipments to Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia, processing will resume on September 29 – 30 due to local holidays.
• Additional Delivery Time: Please note the following additional days expected for delivery.
+3 days: Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand
+4 days: US, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Canada, New Zealand
+6 days: Australia

2. Customer Service and Support
• Customer Service Closure: Thursday, September 24 – Sunday, September 27 (KST).
• Help Center Reopening: Monday, September 28, 2026 (KST). Responses will be handled in the order inquiries are received.
• You can still submit an inquiry during the holidays. Our team will begin responding on Monday, September 28, in the order received.
