Please note that even if the payment for an item is successfully completed, there may be cases where the order is canceled due to the stock availability on the brand's side. In such cases, only the out-of-stock item will be canceled, while other items included in the same order will be shipped as usual.
The refund process for the out-of-stock item will be initiated immediately, but depending on the situation with the payment company, it may take approximately 7 business days for the final refund to be completed. Please keep this timeframe in mind.
