The refunded amount is different from the paid amount. What should I do?

The refunded amount and actual paid amount may differ in the following cases.

- If the refund excludes shipping costs due to reasons for refunds, etc.

- If there are overseas transaction fees charged by the bank or card provider you used when you placed an order

Unfortunately, MUSINSA cannot compensate for the difference in prices due to the above reasons. As overseas transaction fees vary by country or payment method, please contact your card provider or bank directly for details.
