Can I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address on the order details page while your order is still in the [Order Placed] stage.

Once the order has been processed, however, you will no longer be able to make changes on MUSINSA GLOBAL.
If the order is already in transit, you will need to contact the local delivery company after the package has been handed over to them. Please note that updates may not be possible depending on the current shipping stage or the policies of the local delivery company.

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details at checkout to ensure accuracy.

※ Delivery is only available to the country specified as the shipping location. If the country in the shipping location and the entered delivery address are different, we may not be able to deliver the items. Please be cautious when entering the delivery address.
