- For pre-order items, shipping will proceed sequentially based on the estimated shipping date displayed on the product detail page at the time of order. Therefore, these items are not subject to the above average delivery timeframe.
- The “Preparing Order / Dispatched” stage excludes weekends and Korean public holidays. If your order falls near or during a major Korean holiday (e.g., Chuseok), processing may take longer. For holiday schedules, refer to:

- If you order multiple items at once, consolidation at MUSINSA’s Korean fulfillment center may require additional time. In such cases, the “Arrived at a fulfillment center” stage may take up to 5 business days to complete.
