Why did my payment fail?

The payment can fail due to payment options or policies.

■ Check the following for troubleshooting
- Make sure your card is active.
- Check whether you have a sufficient balance on your check card or whether you exceeded your credit limit on your credit card.
- Check if you entered your information (card number, password, expiration date, etc.) correctly.
- Check whether your card is available for foreign transactions.
- If the issuing country of the card does not match the country of residence, the card may not be approved.
- Corporate credit cards are not available for use.
