Customs requires accurate information, so please review and provide the correct information before and after placing your order:
- Recipient Name: Use your full legal name (first and last).
- Shipping Address: Provide the complete address (apartment number, unit, street number, etc.).
- Recipient Contact: Provide a reachable phone number.

If you entered incorrect information, you can update it while your order is in the [Order Placed] stage.
However, once the order has been processed, you will no longer be able to update it. In some cases, we may contact you by email as incorrect information affects customs clearance or delivery.

If the information is not updated for a long time, your package may face long-term customs delays and, in the worst case, may be returned or discarded. In such cases, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping and return fees.
