Why is my order not updating?

If you have not received the item despite the average delivery time, please review the following information:

- Delays may occur during customs clearance or delivery due to the international shipping carrier and local courier services. In such cases, it may take an additional 2-3 days beyond the average delivery time.
- When ordering large quantities of items at once, customs clearance may take slightly longer than the average time.
- If delivery is not possible due to unclear receiver information or long-term absence, the tracking information will not be updated and may remain in holding at a specific stage. Please check your email inbox or contact the Help Center for further assistance.
